• Work within an integrated research team aimed at discovering and synthesizing potential drug candidates, under the guidance and mentorship of a Research Chemist.
• Literature evaluation of proposed reaction routes.
• Isolation, purification, and characterization of newly synthesized compounds.
• Operate scientific equipment, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to perform experiments, analyzing data and documenting your findings.
• Record experiments, results and characterization data in laboratory notebooks in sufficient detail and in a timely fashion.
• Participate and contribute during scientific discussions, meetings and presentations in group meetings.
Competencias técnicas que se desarrollan en la práctica:
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability of literature evaluation of proposed reaction routes (Scifinder database) will be appreciated.
Prior experience in characterization chemical compounds by means of UPLC/MS and NMR is a plus.
Highgly motivated and engaged team worker with a passion for hands-on science.
